Hi Tom Please conduct ESD TEST for GPIO. We worried about this GPIO issue caused by ESD. So could you conduct ESD(Air 8k) test for all Buttons on top and AUX ports that we have issue? Please let us know your your test schedule first. If you cannot do it, please let us know. Thanks Jung |

Hi Yoon, Thanks for your kindly reminder. We also checked in the change to factory source code. But we think it is better to apply this change for both factory test SW and release image which used for production. So, we plan to have a control run when you decide to apply release image for production. Could you know when will you plan to release new SWAN image for production? |

Hi Mr. River Wong and Mr. Sean Chiang, As I informed before, SKB may accept to use new SW for MP after a month from new SW OTA. So we would like to apply SW change for Production and test SW. SKB will start new SW from Sep. if we don't have any critical issue in new SW. It is better to use from production and test SW first. It may reduce the electrical damage to GPIO Port of SoC. @Mr. Sean Chiang, How about your opinion on this ? Our HW engineers think that it should be apply ASAP if SW change is the solution for GPIO issue. We would like to reduce the damage for SOC. Best Regards, SuhYoung YOON |

Hi Mr.Yoon, Do you mean we can apply new software for production and testing first, and then apply it to mass production? But I don't think it might help if we only apply new changes in production and test software, since we know the damage should take a while to occur. Therefore, we should try to shorten the schedule of BMT and OTA in order to introduce new software into mass production as soon as possible Regards, Sean |

If there is an abnormality, we will use 500X magnification to check that PAD position and measure then calculate the Crack % value of the PAD pin. Q1-1. Dear SH Son About QFN U1313 review cross section test item report : As we answer in ALT weekly meeting on 16-Sep and confirm the last time. We discussion with LAB department , ( LAB confirm don`t have SEM function ). We can provide 500X image if customer special request. Hi, Joung Software version of both two units is QT.19.531.20 which do not fix VDDIO6/VDDIO9 register values issue. I think maybe the two units failure by wrong VDDIO6/VDDIO9 register values.
